Engineering company sued for over $162K debt

Spectrum Engineering (PVT) LTD has been sued by the Age Technologies (PVT) LTD over a debt amounting to $162 100, 51.
The Age Technologies filed the summons against Spectrum Engineering at the Bulawayo High Court on September 22.
"The plaintiff's claim against the defendant are payment of $162 100, 51 for the goods delivered to the defendant at its own specific request," reads the summons. "Payment of interest at the prescribed rate of the sum of $162 100, 51 from date of issue of summons to date of full payment."
In its declaration the company stated that between February 5 2016 and May 31 the plaintiff supplied the defendant with various electrical components goods. The goods supplied at the specific request had a total cost of $213 143, 26. Defendant paid $51 040, 71 leaving a balance of $162 100, 51.
