A COWDRAY Park woman who would allegedly leave her paralysed husband and spend time with a neighbour has swallowed her pride and proposed to compensate the woman who she is accusing of getting too close to her husband.
The woman only identified as maDube ran out of luck last week when a neighbour, identified as Mrs Mkwashi visited her house in the company of a B-Metro crew.
She literally spilled the beans, telling maDube's husband, identified as Chimbozha on his bed, that she suspected that his wife was dating her own husband.
MaDube is said to have promised to pay her adversary about $1000 at a meeting organised by residents last weekend.
Contacted for comment Mrs Mkwashi said maDube agreed to pay her money at a caucus meeting that they held with other residents recently.
"She promised to pay me some money so that I could forgive her and up to now she has not done anything," she said.
One of the people who was part of the meeting, who declined to be named told this reporter that they had a short meeting where they discussed the issue and maDube opted to pay Mrs Mkwashi for the inconvenience that she had caused.
"We spoke to maDube and she told us that she would pay Mrs Mkwashi," he said.
MaDube could neither confirm nor deny that she would pay money.
Mr Mkwashi could not be reached for comment as he was said to be in rural areas.
