PDP readies its self for 2018 elections

People's Democratic Party (PDP) in Bulawayo province will this weekend start elections to elect shadow councillors as per the party's national council resolution in vigorous preparation for the 2018 elections.
This was revealed by the party's provincial spokesperson Edwin Ndlovu. He said the wards assemblies would be meeting in each ward as from this coming Saturday to elect the shadow councillors.
"The process will start with wards with more than 2 prospective candidates talking to one another to try and have consensus failure to which primary elections would be held," he said.
"First Schedule of Shadow council elections on the weekend of 12/11/16: Lobengula (ward 12) Mpopoma (ward 9 and 13) Nkulumane (ward 20 and 23) Byo South (ward 21) Luveve (ward 16) Makandeni-Ntumbane (ward 11) Makokoba (ward 7) Nketa (ward 25)."
