Man dragged to court for defaulting paying maintenance

A man from Famona in Bulawayo is in trouble after he defaulted to pay maintenance for his children leading to him being dragged to court.
Smile Ndlovu (37) appeared before Bulawayo magistrate Adeline Mbeure for contempt of court.
The complainant in the matter is the mother of his child Tracy Moyo of Glenville in Bulawayo.
The court heard that on March 11 this year Ndlovu was ordered by the court to pay the sum of $250 per month as a maintenance for his two children with Moyo.
He only paid $200 and is in arrears of $300.
Moyo reported him to the court leading to him being brought back to court over the default.
