Bulawayo man found in possession of illegal drugs worth over $12 000

A Bulawayo man is in trouble after he was found in possession of illegal drugs worth $12 750.
Simon Simango (41) was not asked to plead to illegal drug possession charges when he appeared before Bulawayo magistrate Gladmore Mushove.
He was remanded to November 23.
The court heard that on October 20 police detectives from the criminal investigations department were tipped that Simango possessed illegal drugs at his residence.
They raided the residence where up on conducting a search they recovered illegal drugs worth $12 750.
The dagga weighed 12 750 kilograms.
This led to his arrest.
