Man up for swindling neighour of his council rental money

A man from Trenance in Bulawayo has been dragged to court after he swindled his neighbor of his money when he sent him to pay the council bills.
Pardon Dube (40) was not asked to plead to theft when he appeared before Bulawayo magistrate Adeline Mbeure.
He was further remanded.
The court was told that on July 2 2015 and 8pm Dube was given $900 by Mpilobani Ndlovu who asked him to pay the council water bills. He instead diverted the money to his own use.
A report made to the police led to his arrest and the money was not recorded.
