Man in trouble for assaulting work mate at a nursery school

A man from Emganwini in Bulawayo is in trouble for assaulting a work mate at a nursery school in Bulawayo over the use of an office.
Wilson Banda (50) was not asked to plead to assault when he appeared before Bulawayo magistrate Tawanda Muchemwa.
He was remanded to December 12 for trial.
The court was told that the complainant Gladys Sibanda on November 9 this year was at Hillside Nursery School when she found the door to the office she used to use closed.
Mkhululi Ncube the care taker told them that Lameck Ncube was given permission for the use of the office by the school committee.
A misunderstanding ensued leading to Banda assault Sibanda.
She sustained injuries and a report made to the police led to Banda's arrest
