Coalition Game of Thrones - Musewe

A political commentator Vince Musewe has described the issue of political parties coalition as a game of thrones in which parties fight for recognition among each other.
This comes at a time when other smaller parties seem to be falling for each other to be in the coalition while those who believed they are strong and bigger like the MDC-T and ZimPF are skeptical about engaging in coalition with parties they think do not command more support.
"I am truly persuaded that we all want the same thing. As we see the coalition game of thrones heat up it is nothing but a fight for recognition and hopefully validation. The sad reality is that our country can afford all of us if we can just recognise each others talents and get an opportunity to build a new Zimbabwe," Musewe said.
"I am reliably told that Zimbabwe has 16 trillion worth of mining resources in its belly waiting to be utilised for our development. This is more that the UK France and Dubai ecomonies put together. We are rich beyond our imagination all we need is to believe and organise ourselves and package our endowments to attract all the money we need to increase out GDP ten fold twenty fold thirty fold in a very short space of time. I therefore appeal to those who seek to lead us not to focus on narrow personal interests but to realise that we have an opportinity to change our history if only we could pull together."
He said none of us are perfect but one thing we must do is to do all we can to lift our people out of the poverty manufactured by Zanu PF over the last 36 years.
"That is all we must focus on and we must therefore shed our pride and forgive each other. Zimbabwe is great. Let's make that dream a reality in this life time! Yes we can!" he said.
