Thugs break into Highlanders FC club premises

Three suspected thugs broke into Highlanders FC premises in Bulawayo with the intention to steal but were immediately apprehended by the alert security guards.
Vusa Mguni (36) Bhekisani Zulu and Methembe Ngwenya appeared before Bulawayo magistrate Manasa Musiwa who remanded them to December 13 for trial.
The court heard that the three went to the team's club house where then scaled over the perimeter fence intending to steal Samsung Television.
They were spotted by the security guards who called the police and the three were immediately arrested. They damaged the television they had already stolen during the time when they were being arrested. The set worth $580 was recovered.
