"Mugabe must be arrested on his return. This criminal organised theft withdrawing $600 000 each time he travel out of the country and withdrawing $6 million for his month long holiday in the Far East," he said.
He said according to media reports Namibian leader, Hage Geingob received only about $50 000 in travel allowances for undertaking foreign trips to 12 cities this year.
President Mugabe's allowances on the other hand runs into millions of dollars. The exact amount will never be revealed.
