The controversial Zanu PF youth member Energy Mutodi has come up with a list of the bets and and worst politburo members of the party with most members of the G40 in the exception of Grace Mugabe falling under the worst bracket.

Mutodi gave a list of the Best 10 politburo members as  Vice President Emmerson Dambudzo Mnangagwa, Defence minister  Sydney Sekeramayi, Information minister  Christopher Mushowe,  President Robert Mugabe, Security minister  Kembo Mohadi, Finance minister Patrick Chinamasa, Masvingo resident minister Shuvai Mahofa,  First lady Grace Mugabe, Enveroment Minister  Oppah Muchinguri and Josiah Hungwe.

"Worst 10 starting with the most incompetent: are Phelekezela Mphoko, Jonathan Moyo, Kudzai Chipanga, Patrick Zhuwawo, Saviour Kasukuwere, Eunice Sandi Moyo, Cleveria Chizema, Mike Bimha, Prisca Mupfumira and Cain Mathema," Mutodi said.

"President Mugabe has shed three places in politburo rankings for the year 2016.
The veteran President who is the country's only ruler since independence from Britain in 1980 has presided over a dying economy mainly due to his poor policies, corruption and economic mismanagement."

He said among these polices include the land reform and the indigenization policies that do not only scare away investors but also breed unemployment and poverty.

"Zimbabwe no longer has a currency of its own and millions of its people have fled to other countries in search of employment and better standards of living.
Mugabe's poor rankings in latest politburo rankings are best explained by his refusal to name a successor despite his old age as well as his shielding of corrupt ministers from arrest," Mutodi said.

"He has also been accused of nepotism after he appointed his son-in-law Simba Chikore as new Air Zimbabwe boss. The president has also recently shown signs of poor reasoning after he fell prey to a G-40 led ploy to isolate him from his support base, mainly war veterans who delivered the country's independence.

Further, Mugabe's image as a patriot and revolutionary has been affected by his ambitious wife's moves to succeed him, a situation that has created disquiet in the ruling party."

He said meanwhile, Mugabe's deputy Emmerson Mnangagwa has climbed one step up to claim the best position in politburo rankings due to his efforts to re-engage with the West as well as his noble intentions to end corruption if he becomes the next president.

"Mnangagwa has attracted the support of the Chinese, the British and the Americans as a favorite to be Mugabe's successor. Due to his loyalty to Mugabe that he has demonstrated for more than half a century, Mnangagwa also has Mugabe's confidence to become President," said Mutodi.

"The year 2017 may see Mnangagwa being elevated to President and he is most likely to pick Constantino Guvheya Chiwenga as his deputy and Kembo Mohadi as second Vice President while other security chiefs will be assigned to powerful ministries."

Mutodi said Mnangagwa also enjoys a cordial relationship with business leaders and academics from whom he will pick technocrats to run other ministries such as Finance, ICT, industry, agriculture among others.

"It is not surprising that the powerful intelligence expert and lawyer will also extent an olive branch to the opposition with the aim of establishing inclusivity and minimum opposition in his early rein," Mutodi said.

"Endless threats by Zanu PF youths to invade the few remaining white-owned farms have earned Cain Mathema (Secretary for lands) and Kudzai Chipanga (Secretary for Youths) low rankings. Chipanga is the biggest bootlicker of the year after he proposed that Mugabe be declared life President in spite of the dying economy, under-development and unemployment among the youths that he represents in the politburo."

"Most Zimbabwean youths find it hard to make ends meet and survive through prostitution and cross-border trading while Mugabe and his ministers enjoy lavish overseas holidays with their families. Many citizens no longer afford to send their children to school, can not afford medical aid and even decent burials," he added.

Mutodi said Phelekezela Mphoko is again the worst politburo performer as he has failed to make an impact in all the portfolios he was assigned.

"Some of his decisions to expel or suspend Zanu PF members while he was head of the National Disciplinary Committee have been overturned while his new Appeals slot has failed to attract any confidence from expelled party members.
Mphoko is not a lawyer and it boggles the mind what business he has to do with an Appeals committee," he said.

"Mphoko is at the Centre of Zanu PF factionalism and tribalism and has also defended criminals linked to him. During the course of the year, he reportedly beat up police officers and caused the release of public officials accused of graft.
Jonathan Moyo is a Zanu PF spin doctor and notorious for evading justice using tribalism as a shield. He has been accused of siphoning Zimdef funds meant for poor students' tertiary education. Mugabe has defended him despite striking evidence brought against the minister by the country's anti-graft body."

Mutodi said it's a matter of time before Moyo and his cronies eventually face justice.

"However, Moyo prays that Mugabe remains alive and in his position as president in order to remain on the elusive. But a rising cloud of conflict between Mugabe and war veterans coupled with a potential opposition coalition against Mugabe's continued rule make Moyo and his colleagues insecure," he said.
