Zanu PF Highfield West legislator Psychology Maziwisa is set to dish out rice rations to party supporters who will attend his star rally today.
According to a poster seen by Bulawayo24.com, the legislator is using food to pull people to his meeting, a move that has been perfected by Zanu PF for decades.
During the December conference in Masvingo, Grace Mugabe splashed tonnes of rice to delegates as a Christmas gift.
Part of the agenda at Zororo Centre is to discuss resident's debt to the council, school fees and refuse collection.
This week in Parliament former Zanu PF legislator Temba Mliswa revealed that during his day's as a party member food aid was only given to party members.
