MRP will find it self dinning with the Shonas they are vilifying- Mabhena

A political commentator Ngqabutho Nicholas Mabhena‎ has said Mthwakazi Republic Party by taking party in the 2018 elections may find its self dinning with the Shonas which it has resorted to vilifying and seek to separate with them.
"At a personal level, l welcome the decision by the Mthwakazi Republic Party to participate in the Zimbabwean elections set for 2018. Political views must be tested through an electoral process and MRP seeks to do just that. The participation will of course provide lessons for the MRP leadership and its supporters," he said.
"Imagine MRP winning some seats and get to sit in various parliamentary portfolio committees defending Zimbabwe and her sovereignty in international platforms. While the comrades want us to believe that, they want to use the elections to drive out, what they call "Shona led parties" what ever it means, they will find themselves forming alliances with the same "Shona led parties " in parliament in pushing their agenda."
He said who ever thought that, the ultra leftist EFF will enter into an alliance with liberals in South Africa?
"By the way, politics by its nature, is the struggle for political power. All the best MRP, hopefully the leadership of MRP will join the coalition of the opposition, work with all of us as we seek to reform the Zimbabwean electoral system. Am looking forward in working with MRP as we mobilise Zimbabweans (including Mthwakazians ) to register to vote , as none of us is a registered voter," he said.
