Man caught pants down with married woman, sues

A 48-year old Mbire man is suing three men who bashed him after he was caught pants down with a married woman in December last year.
Eye witnesses allege Chriswel Mashiri (48) of Jurujena village in Mushumbi was caught pants down with a 22-year-old married woman on 28 December 2016 and was thrashed by Lovemore Musandaoka, Tizai Mutanga and the husband only identified as Mubhambi.
The trio appeared before Guruve magistrate Atwell Sanyatwi today (Thursday) facing assault charges and were remanded out of custody to 20 February for judgement.
Speaking to Bulawayo24.com Mubhambi said he is waiting for the courts judgment on the assault case before he goes to the village court on adultery charges to Mashiri.
