A MARRIED WOMAN disclosed in court that she caught her husband red handed sleeping with a suspected hooker in their matrimonial bedroom.
Anna Karuru told the court that she got the shock of her life when she saw her husband Richard Mutsengi enjoying the juicy act with a suspected hooker.
Anna bared it all at the Harare civil court where Richard was seeking a protection order against her.
"I had gone to attend a funeral and when I came back home, I was surprised to see this man having sex with a prostitute whom he is now staying with," said Anna.
Anna also said that Richard was barring her from staying at their matrimonial home. "We own a house in Hopley but this man does not want to see me," she said.
She went on to tell the court that she was failing to make ends meet accusing Richard of neglecting their three children.
"The children and I are suffering; I am struggling to look after our children and he is not assisting me at all," he said.
Responding to the claims, Richard told the court that he had moved on with his life.
"This woman was my wife, but she gave me a token of divorce in 2008 and I married another woman so I now have nothing to do with her," said Richard.
Magistrate Milton Serima, who presided over the case, granted the protection order in Anna's favour and ordered Richard not to evict Anna or the children at the house.
