THREE TM Supermarket line managers embroiled in a labour dispute with their employer since 2009 have finally been chucked out of their work a move which they have described as clear victimisation.

Itayi Nkomo, Thembinkosi Nyathi and Khumbula Tshili are all now out of their employment after they were dismissed on unclear allegation.

Sometime late last year was Tshili, followed by Nkomo and then Nyathi.

They accused the employers for cooking up allegations against them so as to victimse them for challenging the employer to pay them the outstanding pay and for refusing to work on December 22 2009.

Following their dismissal they filed a compensation claim against the employer demanding that they be paid for the loss of their jobs on unclear conditions as per the Labour Act clauses.

They said they have since served the employer with the claim.
