Mhhwakazi Republic Party will launch a massive road show on Friday in Bulawayo which it says has been cleared by the police.
In a statement party's secretary general Hloniphani Ncube said the party, whose fundamental philosophy and theories are grounded on grass roots anticipations in Mthwakazi, will on Friday launch a massive sensitization road show in Bulawayo.
He said the Launch will take place in areas around the Central Business District commencing from Lobengula street to the Market area along 5th street.
"The event will start at 1430 hours to 1730 hours Central African Time CAT on the 10th of March 2017. The guest speakers on this historic event would be the party President Mqondisi Moyo and the Secretary General Hloniphani Ncube and other top NEC officials, the Bulawayo Provincial officials and all the party structures," he said.
"The event was finally cleared by the Bulawayo Central District Superintendent Dengu C. G after a very long, consuming and emotional draining moments. In a correspondence dated 7 March 2017 on 1.0 the clearance is written "This office acknowledges the notification subject to the following conditions" The clearance is coded LR 73/17."
He said MRP has complied with the brutal Public Order and Security Act in order to prevent another possible gukurahundi satanic brutality.
"We however, cannot rule out conspiracy especially towards our events. However, we warn in advance the law enforcement agents never to temper with our due rights as Mthwakazi. The event as discussed in our correspondence would be peaceful. The existence of laws such as Public Order and Security Act are not different from the Laws such as the Law and Order Maintenance Act enacted by the British colonialists to oppress the people of Mthwakazi. The existence of such marshal laws are a clear indication that Mthwakazi as a nation is not yet free. As Mthwakazi we need to free ourselves from such demonic systems of Harare," he said.
"MRP which have been in the political field for three years now, would be distributing party literature as well as drumming up support for the 2018 elections. The party would also be selling out the ideology of restoration through peaceful means. We are the first Mthwakazi party to share our vision and values with our people at home."
"We are the only revolutionary movement which shares the torment of the Mugabe regime with our people. Our focus is to free our land."
