NERA ask people in the diaspora to be involved in the push for free and fair Zim elections

National Electoral Reforms Agenda (NERA) is calling on Diaspora Residents to complete the Petition to assist us in filing legal action and to demonstrate the level of enthusiasm to participate in 2018 elections.

NERA is a grouping of thirteen political parties that has been fighting for Electoral Reforms for the 2018 Watershed Elections. NERA has been fighting for various electoral reforms.Currently NERA is fighting for Reinstatement of UNDP to purchase the BVR system to Facilitate a New more transparent Voter Roll and conducting the Poll Mapping Process among other things.

Election Poll Mapping is the process of identifying and verifying specific polling stations for the 2018 elections. The Zimbabwe Electoral Commission (ZEC) has listed specific polling stations for each Province. In the past ZEC and ZANU PF have had ballots counted from bogus polling stations. During the Poll Mapping NERA has identified Polling stations in a military compound and ZANU PF leadership compounds and is working to address these issues.

NERA has contacted ZEC,SADC, AU, UN and Regional and International Embassies and other Organisations to request for Assistance with facilitation of Diaspora Vote. In Addition NERA has put together Safeguards necessary to protect voters and their Vote. NERA 's legal Department will be putting together court action to fight for the Diaspora
