Spikes wilding cops terrorise motorists in Bulawayo

Members of the traffic section of the Zimbabwe Republic police are mercilessly terrorizing motorists in Bulawayo city centre almost on daily basis wielding spikes which they usually throw under the vehicles in case of drivers failing to heed their instructions to stop.

In the picture the merciless cops are seen moving around carrying the deadly devices which sometime in 2013 seriously caused the injury of several commuters along Luveve road when the police officer threw the spike under the moving Kombi.
