Dancer fined over WhatsApp insults

A 25 year Chitungwiza pregnant dancer was slapped with $50 fine for sending insulting Whatsapp messages to a journalist.
It was the state case that Silvia Nyabadza (25), on the 7th of March this year, sent insulting whatsapp messages to Bulawayo24.com reporter Simbarashe Sithole there by violating section 88 (a) of the postal and Telecommunication act 12:05.
During mitigation on her own plea Nyabadza told the court that she was pregnant and has a 3 year old disabled child hence she could not stand custodial sentence.
Guruve magistrate Artwel Sanyatwi fined her $50 or fifteen days in custody.
Nyabadza's colleagues meet her to pay the fine
