Mock on Dokora's 'goats fees' suggestion

Zimbabweans have gone ballistic mocking Primary and secondary education Minister Lazaras Dokora following his remarks that parents may pay school fees for their children using goats.

Different kinds of pictures some photo shopped and some original have gone viral on social media but the one published on this online is the most impressive in terms of mocking the suggestion of Dokora. Ngqabutho Mabhena posted the picture and wrote, "Lafa elihle."
