List of future interim government ministers and president suggested on social media

The zeal by Zimbabwean citizens to see things change for the better in the near future has seen a proliferation of suggestions for who should hold the interim government ahead of a democratic elected one and the list of names below suggest whop are the most appropriate candidates to be consider for that government.
"Fellow Zimbabweans, kindly accept my list of the future Zimbabwe cabinet ministers capable of turning around the country's economy. Well, jealousy aside but allow me to announce a small cabinet headed by a people's president, not a dictator. This government will serve for one term only. I will announce deputy ministers on Tuesday with only 8 provincial governors following consultation with my President Strive Masiyiwa and council of elders in each and every province," reads the post on a Zimbabwean journalists Savious Kwinika based in South Africa's wall.
"I have removed stupid positions governors for Bulawayo and Harare replacing them with just eight provincial governors. Zimbabwe is too small to have 10 provinces. Bear in mind, you are free to always vote your new government, but this is mine."
He then listed the following names;
1. PRESIDENT: Strive Masiyiwa (Econet Chairman)
2. DEPUTY PRESIDENT: Pfungwa Serima (Formerly SAP
3. MINI IN PRESIDENCY: Sifiso Dabengwa (Formerly MTN Group CEO)
4. FOREIGN AFFAIRS: Nkosana Moyo
5. FINANCE & ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT: Ralph Mupita (MTN Group CFO)
6. DEFENCE & MILITARY VETERANS: Sox Chikohwero
7. STATE SECURITY: Shingai Mutasa
8. HOME AFFAIRS: Mxolisi Ncube
9. JUSTICE: Advocate Gabriel Shumba
10. TOURISM: Walter Mzembi
11. PUBLIC SERVICES & ADMINISTRATION: Supa Mandiwanzira
12. INFORMATION: Pikirayi Deketeke
13. ICT: Douglas Mboweni
