A tobacco farmer allegedly died after being pushed and trampled on in a bank queue in Harare on Thursday [today].
Sources familiar with the incident allege that an unidentified woman fell in a stampede for cash at Agri bank in Harare at the Tobacco Sales Floor (TSF).
"There is a woman who fell in a tussle for cash at Agri bank we do not know whether she was sick or not or it was due to hunger," said the source.
Last month another farmer who was mistaken for a thief was beaten to death at the TSF.
