An unidentified man in police regalia has been pictured welding the much condemned Traffic Police spikes.
It's not publicly known which firm officially supplies the police force with the spikes.
Early April, Home Affairs deputy minister Obedingwa Mguni finally admitted that it is illegal for the police to throw spikes at moving vehicles.
However, police still throw spikes at moving cars.
