Many Zimbabwean sex workers in the capital are opting to relocate to neighbouring countries in search of greener pastures Bulawayo24.com has learnt.
Sex workers who spoke to Bulawayo24.com said the crippling economy is pushing them out of the country.
"We are leaving the country one by one because they is no money in Zimbabwe it is better to go to South Africa or Zambia," said Fadzai from Mufakose.
Rinika from Mbare met this reporter at Roadport in Harare with her monarch bag leaving for Zambia.
"I am going to try my luck in Zambia because if we remain here we will die of hunger the economy is dying while our children are growing," she lamented.
Meanwhile, in South Africa Pretoria there is a lodge called Capital inn where most Zimbabwean sex workers operate from.
Some patriotic hookers said they will never cross the boarder but instead they relocate to some parts of Zimbabwe.
"The difference is the same, if you find that you are no longer marketable in a place try other places in Zimbabwe.
"When you go to a new place obviously you will be hot cake and get money," said Fungai from sixth avenue.
