Men nabbed for stealing coal from NRZ

Three Makokoba residents are in trouble after they for stealing coal worth $280 from the National Railways of Zimbabwe.
The three Lovemore Ndlovu (17), Prince Moyo (19) and Wellington Sibanda (24) appeared before Bulawayo magistrate Sheunesu Matova.
The magistrate convicted Moyo and Sibanda for them they and sentenced them to 3 months in jail wholly suspended for five years on condition of good behavior. Ndlovu was warned and discharged.
The court was told that on 27 April 2017 at 315pm the complainant NRZ represented by Themba Phiri came across the two first accused along Old Vic Falls Road near Freedom House when they had a push cart with 5X50kg full of coal and on asking them they confessed that they took it from NRZ.
The complainant reported them to the police leading to their arrest.
