Man poops, pees on bed

A Zvishavane woman is seeking the dissolution of her 12-year-old marriage on the grounds that her husband was psychologically and emotionally tormenting her by allegedly relieving himself in bed whenever drunk.
Sharai Madondo from Makwasha suburb said she couldn't take waking up to the stench of her husband Leonard Geza's urine and poo.
She said the house would stink so much that she could not sleep.
In her court papers to be heard at Zvishavane Customary Court, Madondo said she was tired of washing messed up blankets adding that whenever she asks her husband to sleep on the floor he becomes violent.
She also indicated in her papers that as a result of her husband's irritating behaviour there was no more love between them.
"My husband has brought untold psychological and emotional torture by urinating and defecating in bed whenever he is drunk and sometimes on the floor. Worst of all, one day he woke up at night and went straight to the kitchen where he urinated in a dish full of plates," she stated.
As a result of her husband's behaviour, Madondo said she was not having any moment of rest.
In addition to her husband's disgusting actions she also stated that she had since lost love and affection for him.
"As a result of his behaviour our union has irretrievably broken down and there are no prospects of a restoration to a normal relationship because we now have irreconcilable differences which render the continuance of the relationship impossible. I have also since lost love and affection for him," she said.
The unhappy Madondo also stated in her papers that in the event of the dissolution of their marriage the court should grant her custody of their two children aged 10 and seven years respectively.
