Armed robbers raid secondary school

There are reports of armed robbers who raided Mavhudzi Secondary school in Nyazura, Manicaland province, this morning (Sunday).
A source told Bulawayo24.com that men armed with a gun, iron bars and machetes pounced at the secondary school and left everyone tired up before they fled with the school Head Chef's vehicle.
According to the source, thirteen people were assaulted.
The robbers, who are still at large, manhandled the security guards, tired them up and locked them in Headmaster's office.
"Thirteen people were assaulted with iron bars machetes and a gun. Some of them had their fingers broken. They were later admitted to Rusape hospital.
"The assailants were looking for cash from the bursar's office, but they failed to find any. They then stole the a green mini Pajero which longs to the Head Cook," the source said.
Efforts to contact Manicaland police spokesperson were futile.
