Fuel smuggling suspect on the run

A fuel smuggling suspect is on the run as the Zimbabwe Republic Police have filed affidavits at the Bulawayo court seeking a warrant of arrest for the suspect Samuel Kufandada.
The affidavit seeking his arrest stated that he allegedly smuggled both petrol and diesel into the country.
The affidavit was filed by detective Constable Tinotenda Museka.
"I am the investigating officer for a case of the Customs and Excise Act Chapter 23:02 Smuggling in which it is alleged that Samuel Kufandada committed a crime of smuggling where the accused smuggled 1050 litres of diesel and 350 litres of petrol from Botswana into the country on the 31 of January 2017 11pm. Efforts to locate the accused have been in vain. I hereby apply for a warrant of apprehension," reads the affidavit.
