Vice-president Phelekezela Mphoko has been photographed by state media dozing off during a press conference in St Petersburg, Russian.
Based on the picture published by the Chronicle today (Wednesday), Mphoko seem to be fast asleep as Industry and Commerce Minister Mike Bimha is addressing journalists.
His posture is similar to that usually seen from 93-year-old President Robert Mugabe at various summits.
The 93-year-old leader the world's' oldest non-royal head of state was most recently seen appearing to fall asleep at a meeting of the World Economic Forum in South Africa earlier in May.
But according to his spokesman, George Charamba, when the veteran president appears to close his eyes and doze off he is, in fact, protecting his vision from the glare of bright lights.
