AFM pastor in the dock

Rimuka's Apostolic Faith Mission (AFM) Pastor Kefias Mujokeri has been dragged to the court for contempt of court after he defaulted appearing.
He appeared before a Kadoma Magistrate, a Mapiye, after he defaulted to attend the court where is facing allegations of contravening Section 95 of the Criminal Law (Codification and Reform) Act Chapter 9:23.
The warrant of arrest was recently issued by the Kadoma Magistrate when the Pastor Mujokeri did not turn up to face two counts of allegations of criminal insult after the pastor's former maid had reported the matter to the police.
Wayne Togara represented the State.
