Villagers threatened with eviction for not having Zanu PF cards

Villagers in Mazowe were reportedly threatened with eviction if they did not possess Zanu PF membership cards.
This was revealed by the Zimbabwe Peace Project in its May report.
"In Mazowe West Zanu PF councilor, Peter Chinyoka, threatened villagers from ward 15 in Dandamera with eviction if they are not in possession of Zanu PF cards by August 2017," said ZPP.
"Chinyoka made these threats while addressing villagers, business people, farmers and vendors at Dandamara shopping center on 6 May."
