USELESS man!
A woman from Bulawayo's Nketa suburb reportedly kicked out her "useless" husband of 28 years from the bedroom to pave way for her 14-year-old brother.
David Moyo was forced out of the bedroom by his wife Sithembile Moyo accusing him of being a useless husband.
Moyo was left with no choice, but to start sleeping in the dining room as the woman chose to share the bed with her brother (14).
The man revealed that he had been having sleepless nights because of his wife's abuse.
"My wife of 28 years abuses me a lot as she is always insulting me saying I am a useless man. I no longer have authority over my house and property.
"She chased me out of the bedroom and now sleeps with her eight-year-old son and brother (14)," said Moyo.
The man said he needed a protection order against his wife as she does not even want to see him lying on their matrimonial bed.
As if that was not enough harassment, the woman collects all the money from tenants and spends it alone leaving her husband starving.
When the presiding magistrate Tancy Dube asked the woman to respond, she disputed the allegations saying: "I do not abuse him and I only brought my son and brother to sleep in the bedroom after he had moved out."
The magistrate recommended that the couple go for counselling and the order was granted in favour of the applicant.
