WATCH: Cop tries to deflate Range Rover wheels at intersection

A Zimbabwe Republic Police (ZRP) traffic cop was spotted at a traffic light controlled intersection using portable spikes trying to deflate driver-side wheels of a Range Rover.
The 9 sec video (scroll down to watch) believed to have been shot from a mobile phone shows a red Range Rover waiting on a red light at an intersection, as the light tuns green, the vehicle starts moving and a cop is seen putting spikes under the driver-side wheels.
The video is dated 21 June 2017 12:21 pm.
It is not clear where in Zimbabwe the video was shot.
