A political analyst Vince Musewe has said the coalition of political parties must let MDC-T leader Morgan Tsvangirai lead so as to building institutions, which will ensure democracy and remove the current regime - which will always refuse to heed people's calls.

"I have always said that we will never have a perfect leader. We rather have to build institutions which guarantee our democracy and ensure that there is accountability and delivery on both the social and economic front," he said.

"Yes leaders can either fail us or spur us onto success, but ultimately it will be the institutions that we build around them which will deliver what we desire now and beyond our lifetimes."

He said so  if they agree that a coalition must be a temporary institution fit for purpose which unites people and establishes a team which is inclusive competent authentic transformational and focused on reforming both people political and economic reforms as anticipated by the nation.

"Let us therefore hasten to do so without delay. But let it be inclusive and not limited to only politicians. Let Tsvangirai Morgan lead us in the coalition. Let us have in addition a very strong non partisan presidential team to prop him up and feel the gaps," Musewe said.

"The past must not shape our future and it will be up to each one of us to hold our leaders to account. We must STOP pointing fingers and be the change that we seek in others. For the avoidance of doubt these are my personal views!"
