Notorious thief refuses to be sentenced, 'streams police brutality'

A 37 year old notorious thief refused to be sentenced today at Guruve magistrate court demanding to be medically examined after police brutality.
John Tahwa who is accused of committing 16 counts of unlawful entry and theft told Guruve resident magistrate Shingirai Mutiro that he was unwell hence he needed to be medically examined first before his sentence.
Tahwa had come with 3 counts they were tried before the courts.
The magistrate gave in to his demand sending a panic mood to investigating officers who profiled the suspect.
Meanwhile, Tahwa's wife Dudzai Shikisha whom he was arrested with was acquitted after her case lacked sufficient evidence.
Villagers in Guruve suspect juju took its course in Shikisha's case as the two are jail nomads who had the nonagenarian president to thank on his pardon.
