Duo nabbed over fake rhino horns

Two Harare men were arrested yesterday in Masvingo after they were allegedly found with two fake rhino horns which they intended to sell in Chiredzi.
Sources close to investigations allege Emmanuel Mushayavanhu and his accomplice Knowledge Chitima were found in possession of two fake rhino horns.
It is alleged the duo intended to sell the fake horns in Chiredzi but were countered by Detectives.
"The duo had two fake rhino horns in a black satchel meant for sell in Chiredzi town," said the source.
"A team of detectives got the tip on 26 June and trapped the suspects on 27 June at Kundi Business Centre in Mwenezi Masvingo, one of them who pretended to be a buyer.
"The duo was led into a bushy area where they were subsequently arrested.
"Apparently, the matter is being investigated under Mineral and Boarder Control Unit Masvingo," revealed the source.
