WATCH: Cops cause tout to be run over by kombi

Four police officers in Harare were caught on camera fighting with a tout in the middle of the street leading to his leg being run over by a kombi.

The tout was trying to stop the cops from deflating the kombi tyres using spikes.

In the video, onlookers are heard shouting - "stop, stop!, his leg is broken, leave him alone!" - at the police officers who tried to drag their victim, who was screaming in agony while lying down in the middle of the road.
