Police attack MDC-T youths during demo over electoral reforms

Police today attacked the MDC-T youth and other pro-democracy activist who took to the streets demonstrating over the electoral reforms and demanding adequate registration centres ahead of the biometric registration process yet to start in preparation for the 2018 elections.
The Zimbabwe electoral Commission had announced that Harare will have 700 registration centres and Bulawayo 400 centres which is being queried by the MDC-T and other democratic forces.
The MDC-T youth took to the street in demand for the redress of the anomaly.
However police had non of it as they violently sought to crush the demonstration by throwing teargas at the demonstrators.
There were running battles between the police and the demonstrators in Harare as a result of the interjection by the police.
