Tsvangirai bookseller released on free bail

Sinikiwe Mutore and Mlamuli Mabhena, the two co-directors of a Victoria Falls bookshop who were arrested at the weekend on charges of selling Morgan Tsvangirai's memoirs "At the Deep End," were released on free bail on Monday.
The State made a u-turn in the court on Monday claiming that the two, who are owners of Rosepet Bookshop, should not have been arrested but instead the company should have been brought to court for contravening Section 33 (1) (b) for the Criminal Law (Codification and
Reform) Act, Chapter 9:23, "Undermining the authority or insulting the
President.
Magistrate Archibald Dingana then postponed to matter to 23 March 2012 when Mutore will appear in court representing Rosepet Bookshop as its managing director.
