Police are on the hunt for four robbers who bolted into Banket Farmers Centre recently and left their colleague dead in a botched robbery.
The incident resulted in the armed and masked robbers mistakenly killing their fifth colleague in a dark warehouse they had invaded before bolting out after they had attacked two guards with knives and machetes.
However, the robbers left in a huff after realising they had aimed their weapons at their colleague who died instantly.
Police are now calling on members of the public missing a male relative averaging 30 to 35 years to go and identify the slain robber at Banket hospital mortuary.
The suspected robber was wearing a mask, ladies pulling socks and gloves to avoid leaving trail marks.
Members of the public can also contact Detective Inspector Matova of CID Chinhoyi or the nearest police station.
