A Zanu PF stalwart in Mashonaland Central - Bindura Ward 20 allegedly set his workers' maize on fire accusing them of supporting the opposition MDC-T.
This was reported by the Heal Zimbabwe Trust in its current monthly report.
"Takawira Muzondo, a Zanu PF activist and owner of Sherwood farm in
ward 20 burnt maize crops belonging to his farm workers. He accused them of supporting MDC T. Mr Takawira also ordered the affected residents to vacate his premises," said the trust.
The developments in the country show that there is escalation of violence especially committed by the ruling party activists on opposition members.
