[LISTEN] 'Diplomatic immunity doesn't mean Grace Mugabe can't be arrested'

Minister of Police Fikile Mbalula says Zimbabwean first lady Grace Mugabe can be arrested for assaulting a woman at a Sandton hotel but there are conditions.

"She can be arrested but if she came here with her diplomatic passport she can have diplomatic immunity."

Mbalula was talking about the Police Department's launch for a gender based crime plan.
