FORMER Highlanders forward Graham Ncube might not be a "prolific" striker but has finally found the back of the net – albeit between the sheets if reports that his long time girlfriend-Bulawayo socialite and former model Belinda Mupinga is heavy with his seed are anything to go by.
The now clubless footballer is rumoured to be staying together with Mupinga who is studying Tourism and Hospitality with a local college at her place in Mzilikazi suburb.
According to a source close to the lovebirds, the two have been having a fling and have been spotted in a number of entertainment spots having a good time.
The source says Mupinga disclosed to her close friends that she is expecting the footballer's baby adding that it was planned for as she feels that she is growing too old without a baby.
The shapely socialite sparked romance rumours after she reportedly splashed her pictures while getting cosy with Ncube on WhatsApp saying they make a perfect couple.
"Everyone in the suburb is talking about their relationship and judging by the fact that they are now staying together it is clear that they are a couple.
"Before they started staying together Belinda used to post pictures with Graham on WhatsApp and that led all of us to speculate that the two were seeing other. They proved it when Graham moved in to stay with her," said the source.
Mupinga and Ncube said they were madly in love.
"We started staying together three months ago but I beg you not to write about this relationship since it is not yet formal. You would rather write that I am setting sights on reviving my football career in the Premiership," said Ncube before he spiritedly begged this reporter not to write the story.
Mupinga also confirmed.
"Yes it is true that we are staying together though our parents are yet to bless the relationship. But who brought the story to your newspaper? Why are people so concerned about my relationship with Graham?" queried Mupinga before she suggested what the Press should focus on.
"It's better you media guys write about Graham's fading football career which he is trying to revive rather than spying on his love life. Just write that he is looking for a football club that he can continue his career with," she suggested.
However, they shied away from the pregnancy question.
