2018 marks death of liberation credentials - MDC official

An MDC official Discent Collins Bajila has declared that 2018 will mark the end of liberation credentials in which the ruling Zanu PF has been viewing itself as the only eligible party to rule the country.
The remarks come at a time when political parties in the country are currently embarking in election campaigns for next year's polls.
"2018 marks the death of liberation credentials as an illusion for entitlement to lead. The burial of which will be held in December 2019. Beyond 2019, our politics will be completely new," Bajila said.
"The issue of succession on the basis of the so called Unity Accord will also be buried in December 2019 primarily because the imaginary ZAPU still in the Accord has never recruited anyone since that day yet many have been recruited into Zanu PF."
