MDC-T deputy secretary general Tapiwa Mashakada has said the country is currently confronted with a plethora of rigging points as it gears for the watershed 2018 elections.
Zimbabwe political parties have already started election campaigns ahead of the polls.
"In Zimbabwe we are confronted with a plethora of rigging points. To begin with ZEC remains the elephant in the living room. Its independence is a matter of conjecture. But our greatest hurdle is not even Zimbabwe Electoral Commission," he said.
"Rather it is Statecraft in all its dimensions. Its a rigging jaugernaught . So we have to slay the rigging dragon first The last thing we need is false confidence or dutch courage. We must win the 2018 elections hence we must leave no stone unturned in order to secure victory for Dr Morgan Richard Tsvangirai not to have our day in the electoral court the morning after."
President Robert Mugabe has since been declared a presidential candidate for the ruling Zanu PF.
