A MAN from Nkulumane suburb in Bulawayo is reportedly in a dilemma after his alleged joy-loving wife of six years dumped him and the children including a two-year-old while allegedly going out clubbing.

Trymore Makoni was reportedly horrified the day he returned home from work and found his children alone after their mother Shupikai Sibanda unceremoniously left them.

According to a source close to the couple, there were now fears that Sibanda could be a lady of the night because two days after she deserted her family, she was spotted partying the night away with some male revellers at a popular night club in Nkulumane 5 suburb.

"Makoni was in a fix and didn't know what to do after his wife walked out on the family early last month and she never returned home.

"He didn't know where she was and there are fears that she is now a lady of the night after she was spotted with male revellers at a night club in Nkulumane 5. He enlisted the services of the police, relatives and church members to look for her but to no avail," said a source that declined to be named.

A heartbroken Makoni also opened up to B-Metro saying his wife walked out on the family on 5 August and her whereabouts are still unknown.

"It is true that my wife dumped me together with children. It's now more than a month after she moved out on 5 August and all efforts to locate her have proved futile. We have been married for six years and I never once thought she could do that. Just imagine, she left a two-year-old child who is now being taken care of by my sister.

"She didn't take anything including her cellphone. Her parents have also given up on searching for her. We used a lot of money phoning relatives and travelling to all the places we thought we could find her. I am now suspecting that she either eloped with her boyfriend or she is now a lady of the night after rumours that she was once seen at a night club in Nkulumane 5.

"I also discovered some intimate conversations with her boyfriend where she was telling him how much she was missing him. They were also making plans to meet and enjoy themselves," said a dejected Makoni.

With their mother missing, the eldest son has been forced to become the "woman" of the house.

Added Makoni: "Even if she decides to come back I am no longer going to take her back after I discovered that she had been cheating on me.

"I have also played the intimate call recordings to her parents who even gave me the blessing to marry another wife if I want.

"Sometime last year, I once pardoned her after I caught her red-handed with a boyfriend who confessed to me that she (Sibanda) had lied to him that she was not married but was working for me as a maid."
