President Robert Mugabe could not hold his appreciation of the beauty and achievement of his bitter political rival MDC-T Vice President Thokozani Khupe during her graduation with a PhD when he openly planted a kiss on her hand while Higher and Tertiary Education minister Jonathan Moyo smiled on the sideline.
Khupe graduated today with a PhD. Thesis title: The Informal Sector and Empowerment of Women: A Case Study of Women Retail Traders in Flea Market in Bulawayo, Zimbabwe.
