Another tired Zanu-PF official sleeps during meeting

IN an incident confirming that most of the Zanu PF leaders are now tired and no longer fit to run the country,  while other political parties officials are busy contributing to the debate around the code of conduct of elections at a workshop organised by the Zimbabwe Electoral Commission,  Zanu PF official Paul Mangwana is captured on camera dozing.

This he might have copied it from his leader President Robert Mugabe who has always been capture sleeping during meetings.
