LEAKED: Serious electoral fraud by Zanu-PF exposed

Revelations have been made that the Central Intelligence Organisations (CIO) officers have been in Israel since 2014 preparing for Biometric Voter registration rigging tactics.
Information leaked is that they acquired machines fitted with similar sensors, feature extraction, template database, Matcher and decision nod, with the ones being used for BVR.
"Zanu PF has since been registering its supporters and issuing them membership cards with a Chip. The specialised Chip will allow them to copy and paste data into the database of the BVR system without compromising the data already input there," reads the leaked details.
"The Chip will be used for identification and verification of its voters. So far the database is home to 3 million registered people. Saviour Kasukuwere was recently quoted saying they aim the number to reach 5 million."
Details show that for Zanu PF to be defeated, there is need to ensure that opposition has registered over 6 million people.
"This will not be possible because of the Go Slow systems put in place by CIOs. Registration is seriously monitored by CIOs to ensure the registered voters through this exercise do not exceed 3 million country wide," reads the details.
"Efforts are already in place to frustrate voters. Number of registration centres in opposition strong holds were limited and queues are order of the day. Ninety percent of these voters are vendors so if they queue the whole day then it means loss of income."
"Red tape, The BVR is vulnerable to a lot of attacks, which CIOs were trained in their 3 years' stint in Israel. They will circumvent the security afforded by the system to deny millions to vote despite being registered. For instance, the system will be configured to fail to correctly recognise individuals."
The details states that the individuals not copied from Zanu PF database, will not be protected by a code thus automated recognition will be tampered with to deny them access to voting. Thus, during voting, many voters will be turned away.
Action is required now to stop election fraud.
